Donations to the Tree Fund for Wildfire Relief are tax deductible and will be used exclusively for the purchase and distribution of trees and information to central Texans affected by the wildfires of 2011.
TreeFolks is committed to serving our neighbors throughout central Texas as they recover from the catastrophic wildfire season in 2011. We have assisted in disaster relief and reforestation efforts in New Orleans and Galveston both independently and in partnership with local, state and federal agencies including the Texas Forest Service. We look forward to continuing those partnerships, and providing both environmental and emotional healing through tree planting.
UPDATE: Individual gifts and corporate sponsorship have helped us distribute more than 2,000 trees since fall 2011! More events are planned for this planting season – watch our calendar or sign up for our newsletter to learn more.
